And thank you for visiting the Rotary Club of Goleta Web Site.  We hope you'll find in it an introduction to our club's unique heritage, its many activities, and our spirit of service to the community through Rotary's four avenues of service.   
 
For more than 70 years, the Rotary Club of Goleta has provided a structured, enjoyable forum for local business professionals and leaders wishing to serve their community.  Rotary Club members have played a leading role in supporting area youth through merit and need-based scholarships, school-based enrichment programs, and increased opportunities for active recreation.  Nationally and internationally, the Club has supported humanitarian programs for emergency relief, critically needed health care, and expanded opportunities for education and training.
 
All of these activities have been carried out in an environment steeped in Rotary's tradition of doing together what no one individual can do alone, and while emphasizing Rotary’s objective of “Service Above Self."
